The website located at www.SOLcheeks.org (the “Website”) and all associated content, services, and features (collectively, the “Services”) are the intellectual property of OSGsales Group (hereinafter “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Website, purchase or trading of Solcheeks tokens (“SCHIK”), Solcheeks Meme NFTs (the “NFTs”), and participation in any related promotions or events.
By accessing or using our Services, including viewing content, purchasing SCHIK tokens, acquiring NFTs, joining our social media communities, or engaging with affiliated platforms, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
1. Non-Investment Disclaimer
SCHIK tokens and Solcheeks Meme NFTs are cryptographic assets on the Solana blockchain intended for entertainment, collection, and community engagement. They are NOT investment contracts, securities, or financial products, and no promise of profits, returns, or value appreciation is made. Prices may be highly volatile, and users may lose some or all of their purchase value.
2. Age & Legal Requirements
Services are only available to individuals 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding crypto transactions.
3. Wallet and Technology
Users must maintain their own compatible crypto wallets, devices, and Internet connections. We are not liable for lost keys, wallet breaches, device failures, or blockchain disruptions.
4. All Sales Final
All transactions involving SCHIK tokens or Solcheeks Meme NFTs are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
5. Marketing and Influencer Disclaimer
Any influencers, ambassadors, or third-party marketers promoting Solcheeks are independent entities, not our employees or agents. They are not authorized to provide financial or investment advice. Statements made by influencers do not represent the views or guarantees of OSGsales Group.
6. Risk Assumption
Users accept all risks related to blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and third-party trading platforms, including volatility, hacking, software errors, regulatory changes, and network disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by law, OSGsales Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including losses of profits, tokens, or data. Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed USD $500.
8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Website, purchase of SCHIK tokens or NFTs, or participation in any promotions will be resolved through **binding arbitration** rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in the State of Georgia under JAMS rules. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial.
**Class Action Waiver (Plain Language)**
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that **you will not bring, join, or participate in any lawsuit or legal action against OSGsales Group as part of a group or class (known as a “class action”).**
Any claim or dispute you have must be handled **individually** through **binding arbitration in Georgia**. This means:

No Promotion guarantees any financial benefit, tradable value, or future entitlement, and all rewards are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by OSGsales Group.
OSGsales Group reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify participants for fraudulent activity, and make final decisions regarding the interpretation and application of Promotion terms. Any disputes relating to Promotions are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained herein.
12. Final Agreement and Third-Party Exchange Disclaimer
By using the Website, joining our social media communities (including X and/or Telegram), participating in any official Solcheeks promotions, claiming rewards, or engaging directly with any services provided by OSGsales Group, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you acquire Solcheeks tokens (“SCHIK”) or Solcheeks Meme NFTs (the “NFTs”) solely through third-party exchanges or secondary markets, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Such transactions are conducted entirely at your own risk.
- OSGsales Group has no responsibility or liability for the safety, functionality, pricing, trading volume, availability, or performance of any third-party trading platform.
- OSGsales Group is not liable for any losses, hacks, errors, delistings, or other actions by third-party exchanges or marketplaces.
These Terms and Conditions will only apply to you if and when you participate in Solcheeks-managed events, rewards, promotions, or community activities, at which point acceptance of these Terms is required.
